Admission Procedure

Our school follows a transparent and merit-based admission process in accordance with CBSE guideline

1. Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirement:
- Nursery: 3 – 4 years
- KG: 4 – 5 years
- Class I: 5 – 6 years
- Subsequent classes: Age as per CBSE guidelines
Previous Academic Records: Students must provide a transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school.
Document Verification: Birth certificate, proof of residence, and other relevant documents.

2. Admission Process

Step 1: Inquiry

Parents can inquire about admissions at the school office or through the website.
They will receive an admission form and information about the school and fee structure.

Step 2: Application Submission

Fill out the admission form carefully.
Attach the required documents:
- Birth certificate
- Passport-sized photographs of the child and parents
- Previous school report card / TC
- Proof of residence

Step 3: Interaction / Assessment

Depending on the class, the child may undergo:
- Personal interaction / interview
- Basic assessment in English, Mathematics, and general awareness
This helps the school understand the child’s aptitude and level of learning.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed after verification of documents and successful assessment.
Parents must pay the admission fee and submit the enrollment form.
Seat allocation is subject to availability.

3. Important Notes

Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submission of false documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
Siblings of existing students may be given preference, depending on availability.
For classes where seats are full, students may be placed on a waiting list.

4. Fee Structure

Detailed fee structure is available at the school office and on the website.
Fees must be paid as per the school’s schedule; late payment may attract penalties.

5. Parent Responsibilities

Ensure submission of all required documents on time.
Attend all orientation sessions arranged by the school.
Support the child in adjusting to the school environment.
